By accessing or using Novauth services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Novauth provides enterprise-grade communication and verification infrastructure including Verify Call, SMS, WhatsApp, and Telegram OTP services. Services are provided on a usage-based billing model.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API credentials. You agree to notify Novauth immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use Novauth services for any unlawful purpose, to send unsolicited messages, to impersonate any person or entity, or to interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services. Novauth reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Services are billed based on usage. Charges are non-refundable except as required by law. Novauth reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Accounts with overdue balances may be suspended.
Novauth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.
Novauth reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
